The queue kept getting bigger & only one computer was working. The other guy finally attended to us at 9:43am. Disappointing. Please update your system & get it working!

Not well explained. Ample open banking day before Xmas and new year. Still have my money. Dodgy. I've used them before. This uncustomer focussed procedure suits them. I'm deciding if i ever use or recommend them again.
